The 57Alpha Cafe on the restaurant site is one of the best places to eat on any airport. I started flying into FQD last year from Ohio and found the 57Alpha Cafe to be an absolute delight. Rutherford County is just south of the Blue Ridge Mountains in Western NC with a 5000' runway and a localizer approach. Well known in the Carolina's but the rest of the country is missing a good bet.
